Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to all policies outlined below.

Important — Read Before Purchasing

Jin Tools provides shared-access digital subscriptions. Misuse of credentials — including sharing, reselling without a reseller plan, or attempting to bypass tool limits — will result in permanent account termination. No exceptions.

Section 01
Subscription Warranty
Coverage period & what is protected

Every subscription comes with a 25-day warranty from the date of activation. During this period, we guarantee the tool functions as described at the time of purchase.

25-day coverage — All subscriptions are covered for 25 days from the date credentials are delivered to your account.
Functional guarantee — If a tool stops working during warranty due to an issue on our side, we fix it or provide an alternative.
No extra charges — Replacements or fixes during warranty are provided at zero additional cost.
Warranty begins from the moment credentials are activated — not the purchase date. Delivery typically takes 1–2 hours after payment confirmation.

Refund Policy
When refunds apply and when they do not

Jin Tools deals in digital products — subscriptions are activated electronically and cannot be "returned." Refunds are not issued once a subscription has been successfully delivered and activated.

Digital Product Notice: Once credentials are issued and confirmed working, no refund will be granted under standard circumstances. This is industry-standard for all digital subscription services.
Conditions where a refund MAY be issued
Tool completely fails to work within 3 days of delivery AND our team cannot resolve the issue in a reasonable time.
If we cannot fix the issue, you will receive a partial refund for remaining unused days of the subscription period.
Alternatively, we provide an equivalent alternative tool of equal or greater value at no additional charge.
Conditions where NO refund will be issued
Subscription was successfully delivered and verified working at activation.
You changed your mind after purchase or no longer need the tool.
Issue was reported after the 3-day window from delivery.
Issue caused by a third-party provider change — update, model shutdown, or usage limit imposed by the original company (see Section 04).
Account was suspended due to credential sharing or terms violation (see Section 05).

Tool Issues & Resolution
What happens when your tool stops working

Our team monitors all active subscriptions and works to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Here's the exact process if your tool stops working:

Report within 3 days — Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of the issue occurring. Be specific about what is broken.

Our team investigates — We review the issue, check subscription status, and attempt to fix or reissue access as quickly as possible.

Fix or Replace — If fixable, we fix it at no cost. If not, we provide an equivalent alternative tool.

Partial refund as last resort — Only if no fix or alternative is possible, a refund for remaining unused days will be issued.
Issues reported after the 3-day window will still be reviewed, but are not automatically eligible for a refund. We still aim to help within the 25-day warranty period — however, refund eligibility only applies to issues reported within 3 days of occurring.
Section 04
Third-Party Provider Changes
Company updates, shutdowns & policy changes

Jin Tools resells access to subscriptions provided by companies such as Semrush, OpenAI, Canva, Envato, and others. These companies independently manage their platforms, pricing, features, and access policies.

Jin Tools has no control over decisions made by these companies. When a provider makes changes that affect your subscription, no refund will be issued. This includes:

Usage limit reductions — A company imposes stricter usage caps, query limits, or feature restrictions on shared accounts.
AI model shutdowns — A company discontinues a specific AI model or replaces it with a newer version.
Subscription plan changes — A provider alters what's included in a tier, removes features, or changes how shared access works.
Service shutdowns — A third-party tool permanently discontinues or pauses operations.
Regional restrictions — A company restricts access from certain countries independent of our service.
In cases of major third-party shutdowns, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a comparable alternative at our discretion. However, this is not guaranteed and no monetary refund will be provided.
Section 05
No Credential Sharing Policy
Zero-tolerance — account suspended without refund

All subscriptions are for single-user personal use only, unless you have purchased a Reseller Package. Sharing, distributing, or providing tool credentials to any other individual — paid or unpaid — is a direct violation of these terms.

Zero tolerance — If credentials are being shared, your account will be immediately and permanently suspended.
No refund on suspension — Accounts suspended for credential sharing are not eligible for any refund, regardless of remaining days.
Unauthorized reselling — Reselling our tool access without the official Reseller Package is prohibited and results in immediate suspension.
No reinstatement — Suspended accounts due to sharing violations will not be reinstated. A new subscription must be purchased to continue.

Section 06
Privacy & Data
What data we collect and how it is used

Jin Tools collects only the minimum data necessary to operate and deliver your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties — ever.

Account data — Your name, email address, and WhatsApp number are collected to create your account and deliver your subscription.
Payment records — Transaction references are stored for billing purposes and subscription renewal tracking only.
Communication data — WhatsApp conversations may be retained for support quality and dispute resolution purposes.
No third-party selling — Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any external party for marketing purposes.

Section 07
Payments & Billing
Accepted methods and billing cycle

All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payments must be made in advance to activate or renew. Jin Tools does not offer automatic recurring billing — you'll be notified when renewal is due.
